ASA 5510 Can't connect to external

I can't seem to figure out how to connect to our ASA from a separate external address. From the same IP subnet I can obviously connect, but from a different external IP from the internet I cannot.

Any suggestions?

management access on OUTSIDE interface is shut down most likely which is a good thing.
you can open SSH by CLI:
ssh 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 OUTSIDE


through ASDM :--> device management ---> ASDM/SSH access---> add stuff here..
