ASA 5505 Traffic Shaping Questions

Ok now I have been looking online for some traffic shaping for the ASA and found this:

This really doesnt answer my questions. What is the default speed of the 'Internet' interface? Is is auto/auto? Can this be changed? Telco is seeing dropped packets and want to know the speed of the interface. I told them auto/auto and can not be changed.

any thoughts or direction?

The outside interface on my ASA is 100 FD so yes it can be changed.
