ASA 5505 license questions

I have a questions with regard to the user license on the 5505. To my understanding a 10 user license would support 10 concurrent user connections through the firewall.

A 10 user license also supports 10 VPN peers, if split-tunneling is not configured and I have a few VPN peers (site-to-site) connecting to the local LAN and hairpining for internet access would each host on the site VPN's count as a user on the 10 user license?
