I have a colleague who's been using ArcServe 9 for NetWare for most of the 30-day eval period, and has decided to buy it. She used the licensing utility to install the new license, but now says she cannot make the manager utility connect to the server to save her life. ArcServe is still chugging away on the server, but the manager is useless even after reinstalling it.
Anyone else hear of this? Any suggestions? Product is fully patched up to v9.01, and she claims nothing has changed other than the license key.
