I have an AS5400 with 384 modems on it (3 x 108 + 1 x 60) I also have 16 channelised T1 lines in it giving a 1-1 modem to line ratio. I have noticed a peculiar habit when the utilisation of the RAS reaches 100%. After reaching 100% when a user disconnects the line is released bit the modem port ramains in an active state and I have to use the busyout and shutdown commands at the SPE level to release the ports. In some of my other RAS where I have mode modems than lines this behaviour is not experienced. Has anyone else experienced this and been able to fix it?
