AS5300 IOS & VCWare upgrade

I've upgraded the IOS on my AS5300, I'm now running 12.3(5b), I'm trying to upgrade the VCWare, I've done an erase on VFC 1 and VFC 2 did a clear VFC 1&2 copied from tftp to VFC 1&2 did a clear on both VFC 1&2 but when I run the unbundle command it doesn't unbundle I've verified that I'm running in VCWare mode and also ran sh vfc 1 version vcw and it states "VCWare/DSPWare version compatibility OK", not sure where to go from here, I've reloaded I've tried test calls after it supposedly unbundled but only get dead-air. Any Idea? My ROM Monitor Version: 1.3 my the file name is vcw-vfc-mz.c549.hc.11.32.bin any help would be greatly appreciated.

does the VFC technology is 549 or 542?
did you try other VCware versions? what was the previous one?

I'm using 549 technology
the vfcware version that does work for me the one that comes with IOS 12.2(5). vcw-vfc-mz.c549.hc.7.36.bin
