AS5300 Hardware Question

Anyone familiar with older Cisco equipment, specifically the AS5300?

What is included in an AS53-E1-120VOXD bundle?

Is it:
1 AS53-4CE1+ and
2 AS53-60VOXD cards.. 3 cards total?

If this is added to a blank chassis, aside from the appropriate IOS needed, is there some type of voice feature license required, or is that a thing of the past?
