AS400 used as a makeshift Win2k Server????

hey all,
well i have a dilema, my boss and company want to network the department with 70 nodes and use the AS400 as the server. We will be using the AS400 for the internal pop mail server and use it for the software our department needs.

they hope to be able to run all 70 Win2k Pro on the AS400 and have the many users logon with a makeshift roaming profile. i know the "roaming profile" isn't offered in the AS400 and that its merely a NT/win2k server option but is their anyway to store user profiles on the AS400?

have you tried the AS400 forum? This is the IBM AIX (Unix) forum.

as/400 can be partition a LPAR to run winNT.
all the user profile created will be store in as/400 and
it can use all as/400 devices - ex tape drive.

okay great, that sounds good. the only thing is so the as400 can run win2k server so how do i go about viewing the software, sorry i have no idea about the AS400.
