AS400 Triggering

We have MQSeries running on AIX and AS400. Triggering works fine on AIX, with the expected results, i.e. trigger condition is met, message placed on InitQ, process lauched, etc. My problem is with the AS400. No message is being placed on the InitQ, regardless of how I configure the Triggering parameters on the Application Queue (or how many messages I send to the Application Queue). Any ideas .........

I assume your trigger monitor program is running with the correct parameters?

That was the problem. It appears on the AS400 that a trigger monitor needs to be running in order for the message to be placed on the INITQ. This seems different to AIX, where the message is placed on the INITQ (providing the Trigger condition is met), regardless of whether a Trigger monitor is running. Thanks for your help.
