Hi All,

I need help with transfering data from AS400 to sql server 2005 express edition.

I was using sql server 2000 using DTS transfered the data from AS400
but Now I upgrade to SQL SERVER 2005 express edition.
and express edition does not support migration or integration.

is there anyway I can use existing DTS package from sql server 2000 in sql server 2005

thanks

Yes, you can use DTS with SQL Server 2005.

Just give the DTS package the new server name and you should be good to go. You won't be able to schedule it, as SQL 2005 Express doesn't include the SQL Agent.
