AS400 to SQL DTS?

I have an AS400 were all the data resides and has to stay for the time being. I would like to esentially pull the database onto SQL (which I have done) but then I need to set up a time schedule where the SQL server grabs everything from the AS400. I know I can do this with DTS but I need to keep the keys in place.

The AS400 is just to slow for ASP applications so if I can keep a dbase copy on SQL that upadates every minute it is almost live and that will work.
