I set up a vpn between the 3 warehouses. When employess sign on and have no activity for 10 minutes, it times out. I read in a thread recently about changing this. I am not sure where to change the inactivity timesout? Or the command to get there. We are using DAC Software if any help.

That is a simple adjustment. go in your terminal services management console from the hosting server and adjust the timeout range.
