I know this is not a RPG question but I hoped someone would have an answer.
This past week we physically moved our AS400. The 400 supports two sites, Site A subnet is 192.168.2.0 and Site B subnet is 192.168.1.0
Originally the 400 was at Site A and is now at Site B. Changed the IP address on the 400, everything seems to work fine except remote printing at Site A.
Site A has numerous HP printers and most of attached OUTQ show status of 'Sending' but nothing ever prints. One of the Site A printers (HP4000) prints fine.
I have ended the remote writers, deleted the OUTQ's and recreated but still nothing for most printers.
When I create the OUTQ for Site A printers the parameters I am using are:
Remote system ............. *Intnetadr
Remote printer queue ...... PrinterName
Connection type ........... *IP
Internet address .......... 192.168.2.xxx
Destination type .......... *Other
Host print transform ...... *Yes
Manufacturer type and model *HP8000
If anyone could provide some assistance it would be greatly appreciated.
