AS2000: Server Admin does not show Uptime

I am running AS2000, build 1100 (SP4) on W2K Pro, SP3. When I start the AS engines in Server Admin (v7.0), after some seconds the Uptime counters display "013 88:88" (days, hours, mins). The second colon is flashing but that's it. No information about the Uptime is displayed.

I wondered if this is related to Regional Settings, having the German layout on an US Win2K system. Nope.

Anybody who has experienced this before? Any hints appreciated.
