As Send as Distribution Group results as Spam

Hi,

I have set up a distribution group for emails. I have setup the security to allow people to send as. This is ok but it seems to get marked as spam when reaching the external ISP of receipient. When I set up a shared mailbox it doesn't , any thoughts or guidance on this?
