AS Manager crashes when browsing Network at restore

Hi,
I have a AS 9 SP4 running on WinXP.
I have detect a new effect at restore
When I browse the network enviroment, the AS Manager will closed without a error.
I have restarted the Machine, but the problem is the same.
Have anyone a solution????

I assume by SP4 you mean cumulative patch 4a. Apply SP1 and see if the problem re-occurs.

yes, it is yet patch 5.
I can't install SP1, but this is a german installation and SP1
is only for engl. versions :-((

More than a little strange.

Browsing the network is the same under Restore Destination and Backup Source. So why one would work and the other not is very unusual.

Install just the Manager on another system and try remote management. That will help to identify if the problem is under the open user environment of the ARCserve server.
