As a receiver of qmail-How do I stop receiving it from someone?

I am constantly receiving emails from a company in china. when i try to reply to email to request that i be removed from the mailing list i always get back an error stating the receipiants mailbox is full. I know ther is not much I can do about that. But what confuses me is that I see the TO: is not to may email address but someone else's email address. how is this possible. How do I stop the emails?
