AS/400 (Iseries) DNS Server question?

I have DNS running on an AS/400 V5.1. I have a need to serve multiple primary domains from a single AS/400 box. Can I do it? Can you run multiple instances of THE as/400 DNS server? One for DOMAIN1 and another for DOMAIN2.
