AS/400 DOWN NEED POWER SUPPLY 9406-720

Does anybody know where I can get a used/new power supply for an IBM 9406-720 ? The power supply fan turns on but the system is dead. After a few minutes the power supply fan shuts off. We are not on IBM maintenance and need this ASAP. Anybody out there that can service us in Utah? Thanks!
