From what I remember, the trick will be getting a common terminal emulation between Procomm and the AS/400. I believe that IBM 5250 is what the AS/400 usually supports, which is not available in Procomm. However, if your AS/400 supports additional emulations, you should pick one that Procomm supports (you can see the list by clicking on the first "cell" at the bottom of the Procomm window, between the metakeys and status line).
