AS/400 & HP4100N All print jobs are placed on hold

I'm having quite a time with a new HP4100N set up on lpt1 and using Client Access it has its own printer session. My problem is that when anyone sends a print job to the printer, the job is automatically placed on hold, it must be released and the message waiting for form setting is always there. What is missing here?
