AS/400 access using Delphi

Hi all,
Can someone please point me in the ight direction?

I need to be able to read the data from a file on an AS/400.
I have no idea where to start.

by telling the kind of file you want to read the data from. Their are a lot of drivers for accessing different kind of files.

it is a standard AS/400 database file (DB400).

Install AS/400 client access on your PC and you'll find The AS/400 ADO provider. I make extensive use of AS/400 databases using ADO to great effect.
