When I load windows it tells me that I am missing these plug-ins but when I look in the plug-ins folder, they are there. I have re-installed AI but am still encountering the same problem.

HELP! Has anyone seen this before??

I also get this error message at start-up. I have no idea why - the plug-in is where it's supposed to be.

Try going to Edits>>Preferences>>Plug-Ins&Scratch Disks and make sure your Plug-ins Folder is pointing to the Illustrator Plug-ins folder
