Article 331064 - System locale affecting reports

Can anybody help me out with getting hold of the files referenced by the article above. I don't have a support contract with MS and so can't get it direct.

Thanks for that helpful link to the original article...you might notice that there are no links on there that will supply the neccessary patches. I'm looking for somebody who already has them...

If you experience this problem, then you can call Microsoft and request the patch. It will cost you nothing.
