Is there a way for a call to be routed out via another source if the main ISDN fails? I have looked into ARS and it seems that you can do this with a short code but is there a way to do it automatically?

Look closer in ARS and you will see the ability to choose an alternate ARS form. Of course you have to have trunks ready to use.

Im sure ARS is covered in the courses?
