Trying to get a directory assistance wildcard working 91xxx5551212 on a 3300. ARS has entries for all LD 912, 913, 914 ect. with 9 digits to follow to go out route 1. 91xxx5551212 is programmed to go out route 2 but if i dial for example 912625551212 it always goes out route 1. If I delete the 912 entry it will go out route 2 so it looks like the 912 route is taking precedent. Am I missing something, shouldn't it work the other way around?

ARS will always select the most specific route if more than one route applies

912 is more specific than 91x

Add an extry for LD that is 91XXXXXXXXXX

Remove all other entries for LD 912, 913, 914 etc

Now 91xxxxxxxxxx is less specific than 91xxx5551212 and it will work

What's most important is that you realise ... There is no spoon.

It is because it is completing more digits before the xxx portion. If your ARS had 91 followed by 10 digits and then your 91xxx5551212 it would work.
