Hello,

CM5.2.1

I have several international offices, that have local ISDN.

I wish to use a forward/cover remote/via VDN Vector an Internal number to an International free-phone that is used across all sites using local Trunks

I can do this on a standard station as it the system picks up the Location and uses Location based Ars to route via the local ISDN Trunk.

As soon as I make the cuurent station a Virtual station, vdn it drops back to the default location of 1 (UK)and routes via UK not the local Trunks

Is there any method I am missing of maintaining the Location/ars of the original station.

The international number is the same across all sites, but the number in the cloud reconises the source and directs to the correct delivery number within an outsourced call centre. (UK reaches English speaking staff, Span reaches Spanish soeaking etc)

Am I missing something?

Any help would be appreciated

I think you may be out of luck as far as location routing and will probably have to resort to partition based routing for this. I'm not sure but it would make sense that virtual stations would be location 1 by default.
