Hello,

When creating ARS entries for users with a DID (so that I send the DID number for CallerID purposes) what is the minimum info I need to enter?

Currently there are entries for 911, 0N; 1N; N; xxxxxxxxxxN; and 11

Do I need to include all of those codes for each user I want to have different numbers appear?

Thanks!

No, just one ARS will do, the system will automatically send a users DID/DDI if they have one :)

To clarify what Andy is saying. If there is an entry in the Incoming Call Route table for a user then the system will send that number when you place an outbound call. This is why you shoudl always put the entire DID for the user in the routing table and not just the number of digits the CO is sending.

To address the other part of your question. You always want:

11 Dial Emergency 911
911 Dial Emergency 911

Everything else can be handled by N; Dial N if you like.
