Hi all,

I've been given the following ticket;

Please restrict these lines to the following two functions:
1) Dial “0” to ring through to the front desk
2) Dial 911 directly by dialing “911” with no prefix (9) to reach emergency services off the park.

Is this possible and if so how would I assign it to only those extensions? I'm guessing I would have to add a new ARS?

Any help appreceiated.

User short codes should do it.

Please don't use user short codes for dial emergency. Use system short codes.

I would consider two or three short codes (Kari's Law)

911/Dial Emergency/ Dial .
9911/ Dial Emergency Dial 911
0911/ Dial Emergency Dial 911

0/Dial/ Main HG Number
