I am trying to give a client access to two international phone numbers and I do not know how to set it up in the ARS routing. What do I put in each field of the screen to give permission to dial the two numbers.

1. what trunk-group you want to send the calls over
2. what number is being dialed
3. who do you want to be able to dial these numbers
4. hardware platform and cm software verision

This may involve more than just ars analysis.

If you don't care if everyone has access, and your trunks will allow international calls.

change ars analysis 011342514321 and send to trunk-group 1
and another entry 011342511234 and send to trunk-group 1

no it does not matter who has access.
I have a G3R.
When I do the command: "ch ars ana 01197317854637"
1> what do I put for the "total min & total max?"
2> what do I put under "route pattern?"
3> what do I put under "call type?"

Thanks for the help, I really appreciate it

glynnd,

You could lock this down to just this number by setting MIN/MAX to 14. Route pattern would be your default pattern, or if you have a special circuit (route pattern already defined)that you want to use. I have route patterns in different cities that make local calls to that area only and I access them via IP trunks. Call type would be INTL...

Hope this helps...
