I am having a problem with LCR, when trunks go down.
ONNet I want to dial 55xxx and if the trunk group is down it should add the 0,984 in front and route the call OFFNet.

The normal situation is user dials 0,98455xxx and the system trims the 0984 and sends it down TG150

Can Anyone help? The Switch is a F9600L on Rel 8.

Many Thanks
Kev

Kev,
You should have an AARLC entry for 55 , this will give you an ARSR table that you can add your route selections.

AARLC
CODE ARSTB EDL
55 xx 10

ARSR
Table POS TGN FRL DM
(xx) 1 150 0 15
2 165 0 yy
3 130 0 25

ARSDM
PTNo PRDEL PRADG PSDEL PSADG ACPOS
yy 0 0984 0 0

Dont delete any numbers from the lead of pattern yy.

I also note that you have an asterisk (*) in front of your AARLC entry for code 195. The asterisk indicates that 195xxx is on the resident PABX. This may be an error as your first route choice is over trunk group 150.
I hope this is of use,

Regards,

Glenn
