Going nuts on something I KNOW should be simple. Even watched this: and I understand the entire thing.

I have conference bridge number (local DID) that folks choose to call from their desk phones.. instead of calling the 4-digit extension. This creates unnecessary PRI charges.
How can I manipulate the 1-XXX-XXX-XXXX (11-digit) or NPA-NXX-XXXX (10-digit) via the ARS table to route directly to the conference bridge trunk?

I already have the route pattern 100, routing to the conf. bridge trunk of 100. I attempted to change the partition route table 1, routing index p7 with 100's across the board.
We have 3 separate locations.

Ultimately.. I'd like the DID to be converted to the 4-digit extension prior to leaving the PBX. Then I'd like to send the call to that conference bridge trunk group.
I tried it via UDP (put the 10 digit in, set it to delete 6 - keeping the 4 digits) but it still didn't work. Is that possible?

What am I missing?

Thank you!!!

Hint; from inside the pbx dialing out, ARS Digit conversion, from the outside coming in incoming call handling treatment and then trunk group number

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh... nice!!
I'll take a look a look at that.

I'd forgotten about digit conversion. Maybe I should have had that wheat grass shot at lunch :)

Thank you, Joe. I'll play around with that. Much appreciated!
