Arrrrghhhh...ADODC cant find data!!!

hi there every one, hope u all can help me out. i am using MySQL as a server for my database and i have set the date field in my database table "0000-00-00" as default.
i have problem on connecting ADODC in visual basic to my database which contains the above date.

how to solve this problem if i want to remain the date as default "0000-00-00"?

That's not a valid date is it? Try looking up date formats in the mysql docs. I know there is quite a lot of info on them. Peter Meachem
