Arrows to turn page

Hi, i was just wondering if it is possible to modify how acrobat reader navigates through the page. I would like to make it so that there is an arrow on both sides of the page to move to the previous page or to move forward a page.

something like this

| |

and then when you click the arrow it turns the page.
