One of my offices' console is not working. All the arrows are lit up and calls are going to the auto attendant instead of the console. Does the console automatically go into NITE when something is wrong? i did a DNB on "0" and got the TN and statted it and it shows IDLE. Is there anything else I can do remotely? thank you.

arrows on M2250 are all lit up

There should be an amphenol connector on the 2250. It depends on how your cablers ran the 25 pair cable. Some run the 25 pair directly to the MDF closet while others convert it to an RJ45 plug. At the very least, you should be able to unplug the amphenol connector at the phone itself and replug it in.
