arrows in keboard go reversing when i click

hi guys i have problem in Microsoft word when i use keyboard arrows
make problem if i click right arrows it go left and if i click left arrow it go right how i solve problem

Sounds like it's set to right-to-left reading order.
Does this happen always or only with specific documents?

Close Word, rename your Normal.dot to Normal.old.
Start Word and check whether the problem is still there.
