Arrow with Diagonal Stripes

I'm new to Visio 2010, and have two diagrams with a variety of arrows - some arrows are two-way, some arrows are one-way. However, about 7 of the 26 arrows have dark spots on them, as if there's a diagonal stripe going through them. This does not show on the screen, but shows on color and black-and-white prints. The fill format for all of these arrows are identical. What do I check to remove these stripes?
