ARRIS CMTS or Cisco uBR Repair

Can I get any recommendations for a depot that repairs CMTS? I have 20 some ARRIS 1000, and 1500 CMTS that have seen better days. Low downstream and ethernet issues. I've called ARRIS, they don't offer credit toward new ones. The uBR Cisco routers need repair also.
