I'm getting this message in /var/adm/messages -

uata: [ID 260729 kern.info] ghd_timer_newstate: HBA reset failed hba 0x1d15800 gcmdp 0x45c2120 gtgtp 0x8cd08

This is on a box with a dual scsi adapter which is connected to a D2 storage array.

How do I use this message to confirm if it's the dual scsi adapter that's generating this message ?

I guess it's not the scsi card but probably the ide bus ?

uata seems to be the ide driver, if this is correct then I guess the error has to do with the CD/DVD drive.
