My management is on Vlan 1 and all of my interfaces are on Vlan 2.

Why when I do a show ip arp does it only show IP’s from Vlan 1 and not Vlan 2?
Is there a way to see the arp table of the other Vlan’s?

Thanks in advance.

If this a strict layer 2 box then you won't see any arp for vlan 2 . If it has a layer 3 card in it and routing is turned on you should see arp for vlan 2 . My guess this is layer 2 only which in this case you would have to look at the mac table and then go up to layer 3 router and correlate it to you arp table up there .
