Hi,
I have a 4400se Switch and various other 3coms Switches I'm auditing. I need to find where on each Switch certain Servers are connecting i.e. on what port/ interface they are connected. I can easily do this with a cisco using;

sh ip arp xx.xx.xx.xx

where xx.xx.xx.xx is the IP address of the Server

and

sh mac-address-table address H.H.H

where H.H.H is the mac address

This putputs the interface the Server is connecting to.

So can anyone help with doing this on a 3com?

Thanks

Paul

Regarding a MAC table, from the web interface:
Select Bridge -> Address Database-> Summary

I don't believe there is an ARP table since this is not a Layer 3 switch (hence it will not keep an IP to MAC table)

I hope this helpful.
