arp -a

Hello,
Im still having problems with the network. When i type
arp -a command one of the ip addresses that show up is
(97.255.255.255) at (incomplete) and I know this is a netmask ip address im wondering if this is what causing the network problems. can somebody help me.

This output line of arp -a is absolutely normal.
