AROBLJO Table

I cleared history on the Accpac company to reduce the size of the database but the AROBLJO table is 20Gigs in size. There are old transactions in there that I thought should have been cleared when I cleared the history in Accpac.
Will it be safe for me to clear or delete the older lines in this table in SQL?
