I am trying to set up more than one IP address on the Ethernet interface of a Nortel ARN router. How would I do that? Is it through the CLI or Site Manager? Any help would be appreciated.

You can do it from site manager

From main configuration screen

Click on the interface box you want to add the 2nd subnet

Click on "Edit Circuit" box

Select "protocols" "edit IP" "interfaces" from the top File menus

Click on "add" box to add a 2nd ip address to the interface
