ARN DIag Proms

Wondering if anyone can tell me what the PDB Diag prom is on an ARN router and how to possibly update it. When I do a "show hardware prom" on an ARN it lists the Boot prom, Diag prom, and PDB Diag prom versions. I have updated the Diag prom utilizing arndiag.exe but this didnt affect the PDB diag prom. I found a file named arn_pdb.rom and tried to flash the prom with it and it seemed to go through the motions but it didnt do anything.

Any info appreciated...thx in advance...

Unless you have a expansion board in the ARN,the PDB prom is

Any info on how to upgrade? I have tri-serial, isdn, and ft1 expansion cards in the units. If these are the expansion board(s) you meant is there anyway to upgrade?

The expansion boards I referred to are those which plug into
the motherboard.The FT1,ISDN,56/64K CSU plug into the Slot1/Slot2 card cage.
Another way to look at is top right is a expansion module;left side is 2 slots for csu/dsu. Rick Harris
