Arm (xScale) Assembler (for Dell Axim PDA) ?

Does anyone know where I can find an assembler to assemble code for the arm (Intel xScale) processor in a dell axim X5...

I figured if anyone knew, it would probably be someone in this forum... ;-)

It needs to run, either on Windows XP (home) or on the PDA itself (MS Pocket PC 3.0.11171 / 400 mhz / 64 MB RAM)...

*Note:
This is just for fun (hobby) so I am not looking to Pay out the Wahoo!!! for one...

I did find one GNU Arm Assembler, but I don't think It likes XP :-(

Any help on this would be great, and could getcha a STAR ;-)
