Arlo camera app not responding

I have been using Arlo camera for quite a long time.I have installed it outside my house and operate it by downloading an app i.e arlo app for pc. But for the last few days whenever i click on the app it is not responding for me.Can anyone tell me how to resolve these issue.

I don't know what you have tried but try the easy obvious stuff first:

[li]Is the network seeing the device?[/li]
[li]Have you tried the Arlo support website? [/li]
