Hi all,

I usually work with ipLDK and now with an iPECS system, but I have a request for an Aria SOHO with a hotel software.

Is there hospitality software for Aria SOHO systems? It seems I could not find any.

Best Regards,
Ivo

Hotel s/w is only for ipLDK-100/300.

Hey Doktor,

Thanks for the support. We have started with iPECS already so I wonder if we should open a discussion for LGN full IP PBX's.

Also for the Aria SOHO, well it's bad it does not support hotel sw :(. The idea was to have 24 extensions across the rooms and 1 desk phone (digital telephone). All extensions should be able to call the desk phone and that same extension should be able to call all of the extensions. However we do not want to block the extensions to call between each other.

From your opinion whats the easiest way to achieve this?

Best regards,
Ivo

Use a one cabinet ipLDK-100 for your small hotel.
Here in this forum, also IPECS discussions are "running"...

Thanks doktor, but however the Aria SOHO system is already installed. So Hotel software is not that important. The main request is as I note:

"24 extensions across and 1 desk phone (digital telephone). All extensions should be able to call the desk phone and that same extension should be able to call all of the extensions. However we do not want to block the extensions to call between each other."

Anyone came across this?

Cheers,
Ivo

You could use the ipLDK-20 for Hotels, also.

In the Hotel application, we wanted "to block the extensions to call between each other", and that is possible. (only with the Hotel s/w).

Hello Doktor,

A little update on this matter. It is solved now.
Just for everyone's reference we have used tenancy groups to manage (block) certain extensions of calling each other. In our situation we have created 2 tenancy groups (5 is max. for Aria SOHO) and put only the desk extension in group 1 and all other to group 2. We granted access for the extension in group 1 for its own group and group 2. For the group 2 we have gave permission to group 1 and restricted permissions to group 2 dialing.

With this the problem was solved as all extensions can call the main/desk telephone and vice versa but it's unable to call between each other.

Cheers,
Ivo
