Aria Soho Door Phone/Opener Problem

Hello all,

As this is the first time I'm setting up the Door Phone interface with Aria Soho systems, I'm experiencing problems i.e. I'm stuck with the connection issue.

I have correctly setup the AR-DPU2 (door phone internal interface module) and connected the LDP-DPB module as instructed. However, I have dual problem, one with the relay contact (I'm actually hearing the PBX's relay clicking inside the system, but there is no voltage output). Also I can not setp a communication between the ICM Box and the designated set.

All the software settings seams to be Ok. I have one station setup with permission to use the "Open Door" feature, the ICM Box is showing in the station List, but whenever I press Call button on the LDP-DPB (ICM Box) I'm hearing a music, but the designated station is not ringing.

Anyone has any experience with Aria Soho and Door Phone/Opener settings?

you can test with Ohmmeter to check continuty between relay contac 1 and 2 when the DPU is actived.iF NOT, you have problem with DPU Module

2.- at station with Door open feature:
if is Digital Set:
PGM 111:
ICM Box signaling:enable

PGM 115:
Select a FLEX Button: select STAT XXXX.....Station Number

If is analog Set:

PGM 111:
ICM Box signaling:enable
