Argent Branch Resetting Randomly..

Hi Group,

We have an Argent Branch which after an office move has decided that it wants to reset itself at random intervals...

The monitor almost always shows the following before each reset, anyone have any ideas ?

These can happen anywhere between 5 seconds and 30 minutes after it has reset. These resets have been tested and happen when the unit is completely standalone, with factory defaults set.

get on 2.2(1070)! 1070 fixes a load of problems, including reboots I believe.

Where does one get 2.2(1070)?

I'm having a number of problems with an IPO 403. I'm hoping the new firmware will resolve them.

We had a couple of Argent Branches doing exactly this on site so went and replaced them.

When we got the faulty ones back we erased everything (AT-X, AT-X2 and AT-X3) reloaded 2.2(1070) and they have been fine since!

Version 2.2(1070) is for the older Network Alchemy units only.

IP Office version 2.1(15) is latest,with a maintenance release due the end of this week (!!!!)
